Their Eucalip powdered disinfectants are easy to use yet harsh on germs, Eucalip's Det-Sol hospital grade disinfectants and sanitisers are designed to help you protect your family and friends from harmful viruses & bacteria that can cause illness and to keep your surroundings clean and fresh.

A sachel of Det-Sol 500 (6gms) can yield 500ml & Det-Sol 5000 (20gms) can easily yield 5 litres of hospital grade disinfectant and sanitiser. Mix into spray bottles for easy use. One of the main component in the Eucalip Det-Sol range of disinfectants is Sodium Hypochlorite, a formulation that is recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Center of Disease Control (CDC) for sanitising and infection control in hospitals and laboratories.

Both Det-Sol 500 and 5000 has been evaluated according to TGA guidelines as hospital grade disinfectants and sanitisers under clean conditions and now have the approval from TGA that it can kill the COVID-19 virus. Kindly see dilution guidelines.

These formulations are suited for disinfecting and sanitising tables, bench tops, walls, floors, mattress covers, sinks and all other hard surfaces. Kindly take note that this cannot be used on sensitive surfaces such as marble, limestone, travertine, etc..

However, Det-Sol 5000, which has a higher concentration of Sodium Hypochlorite, is more suited to disinfect and sanitise spills of blood or other body fluids as well as non-porous surfaces, benches and walls. Both these Eucalip disinfectants does not produce any chemical waste.
